About Me

I’m a licensed therapist working in the mental health field since 2018, I received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2020.
I have a diverse background in mental health care, including inpatient, outpatient, mobile crisis, and ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) settings. I specialize in EMDR therapy for career professionals navigating transitions, as well as veterans and first responders. My practice also supports individuals working through depression, anxiety, self-image and confidence challenges, and those seeking to improve communication in their relationships. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where meaningful change can happen.

Building trust is important, and I want you to feel completely comfortable. We'll take the time to establish your boundaries and communication preferences, ensuring our work together feels supportive and effective. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I'm here to help you navigate it in a way that works best for you

My therapeutic approach is grounded yet spiritual, blending practical, evidence-based strategies with a deep respect for each client’s inner wisdom and life story. I often use metaphor and philosophical reflection to help illuminate patterns and possibilities, inviting clients to reconnect with meaning and personal insight. Rooted in humanistic and client-centered values, our work together is collaborative, compassionate, and shaped by your unique needs and goals.

I aim to help you "Discover your power" within to overcome challenges in yourevery day life.
